A good 20 years ago, Bill, Tom, Georg and Gustav decided to form a band that would not only change the lives of the four teenagers, but also music history. That made history - and far beyond their big hit "Durch den Monsun" from 2005.
Tokio Hotel have never rested on their first big successes, but have always developed the idea of themselves further. And they did so on an international level that still exists today. The extroverted self-image of a frontman like Bill, the musical nerdiness of a producer like Tom, the stoic tempo of Gustav and the all-consuming sovereignty of Georg - all this adds up to a band that has remained relevant even after 20 years of band history, five albums and countless tours around the world.
Unfortunately, they couldn't finish their last performance at DEICHBRAND 2023, but they'll make up for it in 2024! But really! We are looking forward to a piece of childhood on stage.
