It all started with a small pizza oven, a self-built stand and a passion for cooking and eating. In the meantime, the small stand has grown into a genuine food trailer and the team at "Die Wilderei" has chosen a very unique specialisation. The family business with its own hunting centre offers game products such as game sausages and game burgers. The meat comes exclusively from their own hunt and all ingredients are fresh and regional. You can look forward to game burgers with rocket salad, brie cheese and homemade cranberry sauce, for example. Of course, they also offer pork sausage and chips - the perfect festival food with a very special twist.
