Cheese fans take note! The small company Rauch-Zeichen is constantly surpassing itself with its innovative creations. Since 2019, they have been on tour with their unique cheese kebab, an in-house creation that is made entirely from scratch. The kebab skewer consists of a combination of Gouda and cheddar and is served melted in a sesame panini with nigella salad. Add some vegetables, sauces and various toppings - and the cheese kebab is ready!
