Ronny and Britta prepare for you the specially created cheese kebab. The self-creation is made completely by themselves. The kebab skewer consists of a combination of Gouda and Cheddar and is served melted in a sesame panini with nigella seeds. It is accompanied by homemade coleslaw, stir-fried vegetables, and your choice of BBQ, herb mayo, or honey mustard. You have the topping choice of sucuk, smoked salmon or vegetarian. In addition to the cheese kebab skewer, the coleslaw and the sauces, even the smoked salmon is from our own production.
