Mariybu is loud, provocative, and doesn’t mince words. The Berlin-based artist writes and produces her own music, blending hyperpop with distorted basslines, a versatile voice, and lyrics that deliberately push boundaries. In the process, she takes aim at alpha males, pseudo-feminists, and wannabe DJs just as much as she does at entrenched gender stereotypes. With plenty of irony and a healthy dose of self-confidence, Mariybu does her own thing and has long since developed a signature sound all her own. Her debut album “SLAYBAE” showcases just how multifaceted her music is—sometimes sweet, sometimes dark, sometimes uncompromisingly direct. After her performance in 2024, Mariybu will return to DEICHBRAND in 2027, bringing that unmistakable feistiness and wild party vibe straight to the stage!
