SSIO
A gold chain, velour joggers, and lyrics that leave no cliché unchallenged: SSIO does his own thing—and has been for over a decade. The Bonn-based rapper blends street rap with self-deprecating humor, absurd wit, and a flow that instantly makes it clear who’s on the mic. As early as 2012, with his mixtape “Spezial Material,” he relied on rich ’90s beats and an unmistakable play on words. “BB.U.M.SS.N.,” “0.9,” and “Messios” followed, all debuting in the top ten and earning multiple gold certifications. In October 2025, he followed that up with “Alles oder Nix,” another number-one album. Whether it’s a song, a remix, or a mash-up, SSIO maintains a strong social media presence without conforming his music to every trend. At DEICHBRAND 2027, polished rhymes meet head-nodding beats and a rapper whose humor really comes alive on stage.
