Camping
Everything you need to know about camping at the DEICHBRAND Festival 2026
If you want to enjoy the DEICHBRAND Festival to the fullest, it's best to stay right on the festival grounds, right in the middle of the action! To help you be fully prepared, we've summarized all the important information about camping for you here. As a general rule, every person who wants to stay overnight on the festival grounds needs a valid camping ticket. This applies to all camping areas – from the classic campground to the RV camps to camping upgrades such as the Comfort Village. The camping ticket is available either separately or as part of the All Days Bundle. It gives you access to the regular camping areas where you can set up your own tent.
Important:
- A camping ticket is required per person, regardless of the camping area.
- For all special areas such as RV camps, plots, or the Comfort Village, the corresponding camping upgrade, e.g., RV sticker, plot, or chalet for the respective area, is required in addition to the camping ticket.
- Parking tickets must be booked separately—unless they are already included in the respective product (e.g., VIP or Comfort Village).
The camping areas will open as usual on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. From this time onwards, access to the campsites will be possible with a valid camping ticket. You can pitch your tent there and stay until Monday, July 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
If you would like to arrive earlier – i.e., before the official start of the program – you can do so with the early arrival ticket. With this ticket, you can arrive as early as Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. Alternatively, the early arrival ticket is also included in the All Days + Camping + Early Arrival Bundle.
DEICHBRAND offers you various camping areas to make your festival experience as comfortable as possible:
Tent sites: In your own tent, directly on the grounds. Camping ticket per person required.
Womo Camps: For everyone arriving by motorhome, camper van, or van. Camping ticket per person + additional Womo sticker per vehicle required.
Comfort Village: Comfort camping with electricity, contact persons, kiosk, and much more. Camping ticket per person + additional Comfort Village product per group (e.g., allotment garden for up to 10 people) required.
Plots: Demarcated plots for groups of up to 5 or 10 people. Camping ticket per person + plot per group required.
Not automatically. An All Days Ticket entitles you to access the infield and playground, but not the camping areas. If you want to camp, you will also need a camping ticket or you can book a bundle that already includes one.
Early arrival is possible from Wednesday, July 15, 2026, 3:00 p.m. To do so, you need an early arrival ticket, which is available either individually or in the corresponding All Days + Camping + Early Arrival Bundle.
How to: Camping
Which camping option is right for you?
If you want to experience the DEICHBRAND Festival with your motorhome, camper van, VW bus, or even your car or motorcycle, Womo Camps is the perfect place for you. Whether you choose the classic Womo Camp, the sustainable Womo Green, or the comfortable Womo Watt with electricity hook-up, you can stay in or on your own vehicle and enjoy the real festival feeling.
All Womo Camps offer you the opportunity to arrive with your vehicle, regardless of whether it is a motorhome, car, or motorcycle. Trailers (e.g., caravans) are also permitted without the need for an additional sticker. It is only important that trailers are separated from the towing vehicle and parked immediately next to it.
One Womo sticker is required per vehicle, and each person also needs a valid camping ticket to stay overnight on the site. Vehicles with a total length of up to 11 meters and a permissible total weight of up to 3.5 tons are permitted. A permanently installed gas system is only permitted with a valid test seal. One additional structure, such as a 3x3 meter pavilion or tent, is permitted per sticker.
Your sticker will be issued digitally and can be redeemed directly at the entrance to the respective Womo Camp. No stickers will be sent in advance.
The Womo Watt Camp also offers you a power connection (up to a maximum of 2 kW) within a maximum distance of 50 meters. For those who value a quiet, respectful, and environmentally conscious camping experience, there is the Womo Green Camp. The principles of green camping apply here – no additional registration required:
Quiet: Please refrain from using megaphones, large speakers, or loud music systems. Considerate music-making and conversations are of course welcome, as long as they remain pleasant for your neighbors.
No trash on the ground: Use the trash cans provided and keep your space clean, for yourself and the environment.
Consideration: Be mindful of each other, be considerate of your fellow human beings, and contribute to a pleasant coexistence. A friendly glance to the side often makes all the difference.
Are you a group of friends who want to camp together and secure your spot in advance, without any stress on arrival? Then your own plot is just the thing for you!
