The pizzas are lovingly prepared by hand, the dough kneaded and topped by hand on the pizza line. The highlight is the handmade Portuguese wood-fired ovens in which the pizzas are baked to a crisp in front of a crackling fire.
The range consists exclusively of fresh ingredients and includes meat (salami, ham), fish (tuna) and vegetarian pizzas (mushrooms, peppers, leek, cheese), which can of course also be made vegan on request. The pizzas are rounded off with various herbs and, if desired, a dash of homemade garlic and/or chilli oil.
